Craft Beer Lovers…Meet Recoil

We understand that craft beer is bottled and canned in various sizes – this was part of our motivation to make such an adaptable can and bottle cooler.

We pondered further, “What else can we do to really cater the Recoil to the craft beer lover?” (like ourselves)

The Recoil has multiple design aspects which we have refined to help maintain your craft beers at the optimal drinking temperature; our Hemp Plastic material and wall thickness is a major contributor. The Recoil is designed to bring out the best flavors your craft beer has to offer.

Did you know drinking ice cold craft beer is not suggested?

Our fellow Can and Bottle Cooler designs do a wonderful job at keeping drinks cold for a very long time; for craft beers, they may do too good of a job…

The average person drinks a beer in ~20 minutes. If your beer was in the fridge or fresh out of a cooler, it will be right around 39°F (4°C). Vacuum insulation, which is what the metal coolers typically use, may not allow your craft beer to reach optimal drinking temperature in a normal beer drinking period.

The Recoil does not aim to keep your beer ice cold for 6 hours – the Recoil aims to keep your drink at the ideal temperature for when you are actually drinking it.

And don't worry non-craft beer drinkers, the Recoil will work just as well for you! The Recoil Cooler does not discriminate against your drink of choice, it will graciously accept your favorite beverage and help to keep it cool and enjoyable.
