Returns / Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your recoilcoolers.com purchase, you may return the product for a full refund. For products purchased at an authorized retailer, their return policy will apply - please reach out to them directly.

You may return your product for up to 30 days from your recoilcoolers.com purchase date. Please log into your account and select the “Request Return/Warranty” button to initiate the return process. 

Your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, accompanied with your proof of purchase and preferably in its original packaging.

Please do not initiate the refund/return process unless the aforementioned criteria are met.

Once you’ve submitted a request, you should receive an email confirming that your request has been received.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process and send a prepaid shipping label to your email. 

NOTE: Your refund will be $3.00 less than the purchase price of the product being returned, as we charge a $3.00 flat rate return shipping fee. 

When we receive the returned product and confirm it is in the original condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

We reserve the right to not issue a refund, or, issue a partial refund if the product was not in the original condition. This includes but is not limited to marks/scratches, missing parts and customization.

We will not refund any shipping costs of original purchase or return.

 
Return Shipping

Please do not return your product until we approve your return request.

If approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to use for returning the product.

NOTE: Your refund will be $3.00 less than the purchase price of the product being returned, as we charge a $3.00 flat rate shipping fee.

 

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges; please return your product or products for a refund and place a separate order on recoilcoolers.com.

Limited Warranty

Recoil products have a 1 year limited warranty, which extends 1 year from the date of purchase.

 The limited warranty covers:

  • Reception of defective goods sent directly from the manufacturer.
  • Mechanical failure of product due to manufacturer's defect.

 In order to approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased your Recoil Cooler from an authorized dealer or recoilcoolers.com.
  • You must have purchased your Recoil Cooler from an authorized dealer or recoilcoolers.com.
  • You must have proof of the purchase from a Recoil Cooler authorized dealer or recoilcoolers.com.
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
  • You must have the product in possession and the ability to return the product to Us & Hemp.
  • You are able to send additional information and/or provide pictures of the defect, if Us & Hemp requests.

 This Warranty is void if the product is damaged during abnormal use or used for commercial use. 

 If approved, the limited warranty will only result in either product replacement or product repair; the limited warranty coverage will not result in a refund.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under the limited warranty.

 

Defective Goods

The limited warranty only covers mechanical functionality defects of the product. 

 

Normal wear and tear is not warranted and is not considered to be a definition of a warranted defect; normal wear and tear is, for example but not limited to, dents/scrapes/chips or thread wear, due to the use of the product.

 

Product color variation from website images or other advertisement content is not covered by the warranty and is not considered to be a definition of a warranted defect.

 

If a defect is realized during the product’s warranty period and defect is only a result of the using the product according to the care instructions, we will repair or replace the device at Us & Hemp’s sole discretion. 

Warranty Claims Shipping

Please do not return your product until we process and request the product of your warranty claim.

 

We will send a prepaid shipping label to use for returning the product.

 

We will not charge return shipping fees for products which are approved under warranty claims.

 

Lost or Stolen Goods

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
